Calvados Stratégie joins the A.F.R.C. (French Association of Customer Support Centres)


The A.F.R.C. seeks to raise the profile of a sector which now plays a central role in our social and economic fabric.

Calvados Stratégie has joined the Local Authorities Monitoring Unit, which represents around twenty economic development agencies. Its purpose is to provide information about assistance and support available around the country for new call centres.
