Calvados Stratégie is the name of the Calvados Development Agency, a non-profit-making association set up by Calvados County Council and representing :

Calvados County Council, the Caen and Pays d’Auge Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Calvados Chambers of Trade and Agriculture, as well as the Mayors’ Association, the City of Caen and the Caen la Mer urban area. Its operating budget is funded by Calvados County Council.
